The Colchester District Library offers free notary services to the public.

Before your appointment, please note the following:

• Bring a current, government-issued photo ID.
• Do not sign your documents before arriving. The notary must witness your signature.
• If your document requires additional witnesses, you must bring your own witnesses with you.
• Please call ahead to confirm that a notary is available before visiting the library.
